The General Secretariat is responsible for:

  • The management of university staff careers
  • Prepare Project budget of the university and to monitor the execution
  • Monitor the funding of the activities of the laboratories and research units
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the common services of the university
  • Implement cultural and sports activities of the university programs and promote
  • Monitoring and coordination of internal security plans of the university in connection with the ministerial office of internal security
  • Ensure the management and conservation of archives and documentation of the Rector
  • Making sure the operating and management of the order of the university office

The General Secretariat, to which are attached the general office and the internal security office consists of the following sub-areas:

  • Sub-Directorate of Personal and Training.
  • Sub-Directorate of Budget and Accounting
  • Sub-Directorate of resources and maintenance
  • Sub-Directorate in scientific, cultural and sporting
