The Vice-Chancellor of the University, who is responsible for higher education in the first and second stages, continuous training and degrees, as well as higher training in the graduate phase, is responsible for the following:

• Following-up educational and training issues organized by the University
• Ensuring that the organization of registration, re-registration, knowledge control and movement of students is respected
• Ensuring that training offers from colleges and teaching departments are consistent with the University’s Development Plan
• Ensuring that the organization and procedures in place for the delivery of certificates and equivalents are respected
• Ensure that the nominal list of students is maintained and updated
