Mme Keltouma Nouri est enseignante-chercheuse en télécommunications à l'Université de Saida Dr Moulay Tahar. Ses recherches portent sur les antennes hyperfréquences, les filtres, les métamatériaux et les antennes biomédicales, ainsi que sur la technologie du guide d'ondes intégré au substrat (SIW).
