- Registration Procedure

- After Completing Registration
After completing the online registration, the concerned student is requested to:
Make sure that the registration process has been successfully completed. Keep proof of the online registration, if available. Inform the Vice-Deanship for Postgraduate Studies and External Relations at their faculty that the registration has been completed and submit a copy of the registration form, so that their name can be included in the list of applicants and forwarded to the supervisory ministry. Provide any additional information or documents that may be requested by the faculty, if applicable.
- Deadlines
Given the need to collect applications at the faculty level, process them, and forward them to the Vice-Directorate for External Relations, and subsequently to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, an internal deadline, two days earlier than the ministry’s official deadline, has been set for Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
