Saida Dr Moulay Tahar University informs all teaching and research staff, administrative staff, and doctoral students that applications are open for two training scholarships:
An online training scholarship entitled “Data Science for Public Policy”, intended for teaching and research staff and administrative staff, for the period from October 13 to 30, 2026. The “Nelson Mandela Scholarship”, intended for students enrolled in doctoral studies (third cycle) for the 2027–2028 academic year, for the period from March 3, 2027 to February 28, 2029.
Application deadlines: September 10, 2026 for the Data Science for Public Policy scholarship and October 10, 2026 for the Nelson Mandela scholarship.
Saida Dr Moulay Tahar University informs all teaching and research staff, administrative staff, and doctoral students that, pursuant to Correspondence No. 1604 issued by the Directorate General of University Cooperation and Exchanges (DCEU) of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, dated August 4, 2026, applications are now open for the following two training scholarships:

Intended for: teaching and research staff and administrative staff. Training period: October 13–30, 2026.
- “Nelson Mandela Scholarship”:

Deadlines for submitting applications at the university level:
September 10, 2026: deadline for receiving applications for the “Data Science for Public Policy” scholarship. October 10, 2026: deadline for receiving applications for the “Nelson Mandela” scholarship.
Accordingly, all those wishing to apply are requested to submit their application files to the relevant services within their respective institutions by the specified deadlines.
