Announcement of the Opening of Applications for Two Training and Study Programs

Following Correspondences No. 1639 and 1644 issued by the Directorate General of University Cooperation and Exchanges (DCEU) of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, dated August 9, 2026, concerning the opening of applications for the following two training and study programs, you are kindly requested to take note of them and ensure their wide dissemination across your institutions:
- Training under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme
The program concerns a training course entitled:
“Statistical Theory and Applications”
This training is offered within the framework of the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme, launched by the Government of India. The training period runs from September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
Accordingly, candidates wishing to apply are requested to submit their application files to the Vice-Deanship for Postgraduate Studies and External Relations. The Vice-Deanship will then forward the applications to the Vice-Directorate in charge of External Relations.
The deadline at the level of the Vice-Directorate for External Relations is August 17, 2026, in order to allow the Vice-Directorate sufficient time to complete the necessary procedures and submit the lists and application files within the specified deadlines.
- Application for the Master’s Program at D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology
Applications are open for admission to the Master’s program at D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology for the 2026–2027 academic year, with 10 places allocated to Algerian candidates.
Accordingly, candidates wishing to apply are requested to submit their application files to the Vice-Deanship and to forward the nominative lists of candidates and the required application files to the Vice-Directorate in charge of External Relations.
