On the occasion of the 61st anniversary of the Independence and Youth celebrations and the first anniversary of the establishment of the Higher Youth Council, the members of the Higher Youth Council of the Wilaya of Saida, under the patronage of the Wali, are organising an initiative for innovative youth entitled: "Wilaya Creativity Prize for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Agricultural Field".
This first edition of the wilaya creativity and innovation competition aims to select the best innovative projects in the agricultural field, as well as to encourage the wilaya's youth to enter the world of entrepreneurship by registering their creative ideas. They will be accompanied by an integrated team under the supervision of the local authorities, with the ultimate goal of transforming these ideas into investment projects that add value to local development.
Competition prizes:
These consist of administrative and technical support for the idea until its concrete implementation on the ground. Incentive financial amounts have also been allocated to the three best innovative ideas in the field, distributed as follows:
First place: the winner receives a sum of 50 million centimes.
Second place: the winner receives a sum of 30 million centimes.
Third place: the winner receives a sum of 20 million centimes.
Conditions for entering the competition:
· The participating young person must be aged between 18 and 35.
· They must be from the Wilaya of Saida.
· Originality of the idea.
· The work must be individual or in a group not exceeding 3 people.
· The idea must be applicable and contribute to achieving the goals and orientations of the Algerian State in the agricultural field.
· The idea must be accompanied by a business model.

· Registrations are open until 30 August 2023.
· The results of the competition will be announced on 1 November 2023, on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious November Revolution.
