Master's scholarship abroad (Romania)

As part of international cooperation programs, the Vice-Rectorate for External Relations of the University of Saida informs all students enrolled in the third year of Bachelor's (L3) about the opening of applications for a scholarship to obtain a Master's degree in Romania for the 2026-2027 academic year. This scholarship is part of the cooperation offers received by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research from the Romanian side, for the benefit of international students wishing to pursue their studies abroad.

1) Specialties concerned:

• Mathematics

• Artificial Intelligence

• Civil Engineering

2) Target audience:

• Third-year Bachelor's students (L3)

• Academically outstanding students

3) Scholarship benefits:

• Continuation of studies at recognized Romanian universities

• Exemption from registration fees

• Benefit from a monthly stipend and accommodation services (depending on the program). For more information, please consult the attached document.

4) Application procedure:

Students wishing to apply must register through the official platform:

Then submit a complete application file to the Vice-Deanship for Post-Graduation and External Relations at the Faculty.

5) Application file composition:

6) Application deadlines:

• Platform: 14 May 2026

• At Faculty level: 17 May 2026

7) Very important note:

• Only one (01) candidacy will be submitted per university institution.

• The best file will be selected at the university level to represent it and forwarded to the supervisory authorities.

• Incomplete files or files submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
