Opening of the 54th session of the National University Commission

The Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces to all Senior Lecturers Class « A » the opening of the fifty-fourth (54) session of the National University Commission.

In application of the provisions of Article 50 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 of 03 May 2008 establishing the special status of teacher-researchers, as amended and supplemented, Senior Lecturers Class « A » who can prove five (05) years of effective service in this capacity may submit their applications.

All candidates are also informed that the scientific acceptance of application files is subject to the minimum criteria depending on the candidate's training field, after fulfilling one of the specified choices. As for pedagogical and scientific work, it is evaluated according to the evaluation grid established by the National University Commission, which can be consulted on the Ministry's website: www.mesrs.dz.
