Opening of the 9th application session for University Habilitation

The Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs all Senior Lecturers Class « B » of the opening of the ninth (9) session for obtaining University Habilitation.

In application of the provisions of Article 45 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 of 03 May 2008 establishing the special status of teacher-researchers, as amended and supplemented, and Article 57 of Executive Decree No. 08-131 of 03 May 2008 establishing the special status of permanent researchers, as amended and supplemented, Senior Lecturers Class « B » meeting the legal application conditions set out in the provisions of Executive Decree No. 21-50 of 28 January 2021, which determines the conditions and procedures for obtaining University Habilitation, as well as the provisions of Order No. 804 of 14 July 2021, as amended and supplemented, which defines the procedures for applying the provisions relating to obtaining University Habilitation, may submit their application files exclusively via the « Progrès » digital platform, using their professional email accounts via the following link:

The application submission period via the digital platform runs from Sunday, 31 May 2026 to Sunday, 14 June 2026.
