Qualification requirements : average annual turnover equal to or greater than 19,000,000 DZD over the last three fiscal years (2023/2024/2025), evidenced by tax filings certified by the tax authorities.

Required activity codes (NAA) : 3823, 3039, 3024, 0623, 3034, 3035.

Submission deadline : fifteen (15) days from the first publication of the notice in the national press or the BOMOP. Submission location : Rectorate of the University of Saida , Public procurement office.
