JERI'2020

JERI'2020

The purpose of this event is to bring together the scientists, young and senior researchers to propose their ideas, contributions and to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Innovative Trends in Computer Science. This edition is intended to provide technical forum and research discussion related to computer science and telecom. JERI’2020 aims to report high-quality research on recent advances in various aspects of computer science and telecom. The 4th  Edition of the National Study Days on Computer Sciences Research 2020 will be held in Saida,Algeria.

JERI’2020  is organized by the computer science department in collaboration with GeCoDe  lab of the University of Saida. The success of the previous three editions encourages us to continue with the same ambitions and enthusiasm by launching this call for this edition .

TRACKS

Faithful to its spirit of openness, JERI’2020 remains attentive to the developments in the Information Technology field. Thus, it is still adopting several innovations in its presentation and in its model of knowledge dissemination.

This 4th edition will be organized around different tracks to promote applications. JERI’2020 will cover three tracks:
  1. Track 01 : Technology Trends, Artificial Intelligent  & Information Engineering.
  2. Track 02 : Bioinspiration,metaheuristic & Security.
  3. Track 03 : Network & telecommunication.
The Steering Committee expects floating new ‘Special Sessions / Track ’ to supplement to the existant tracks of JERI-2020 in terms of emerging topics of a specific domain of interest. Based on your expertise, academic scholarship, research accomplishments and organizational competencies, We take this opportunity to invite you to organize and conduct a Special session/ Track on your chosen area of expertise, in any of the tracks related to theme of  JERI’2020 .
We are therefore writing to invite you to submit a proposal for special session for JERI’2020 as per the template attached. The general requirements and
guidelines for the ‘Special Session/Track Proposal’ are provided below for your ready reference.

(1)     Each special session should provide an overview of the state-of-the-art and highlight important research directions in a field of special interest to conference participants. It should be a focused proposal rather than being defined broadly/generally. We therefore expect that there are no overlaps with the regular tracks of  JERI’2020.
(2)     The following should be included in the proposal (not exceeding 02 pages):
        (a) Title of the proposed special session /track along with short abbreviation.
        (b) Names/affiliation of the Session/Track Chair(s) (including brief bio and contact info) along with email-id.
        (c) Session/Track abstract (should clearly mention the significance of the topic and the rationale of the need for the proposed session).
        (d) Topics of Interest
(3)     The final approval of the proposed session would be based on the novelty and the key area focused along with its multi-disciplinary essence.
Please submit your Special Session Proposal by or before Januray 15,th 2020.

Technology Trends, Artificial Intelligent  & Information Engineering

As technology advances, it allows for change and progress even faster, causing an acceleration of the rate of change, until it finally becomes exponential. Change is all around us with new operating systems, platforms and hardware…

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an area of computer science dedicated to solving cognitive problems typically associated with human intelligence, such as learning, problem solving, and pattern recognition. Machine Learning (AM) and Deep Learning (AP) are both computer science-domains derived from Artificial Intelligence .

Information Engineering research focuses on the generation, distribution, analysisand use of information in engineering systems. Authors are invited to contribute by submitting original manuscripts reporting original, unpublished research and recent developments in Technology Trends, Artificial Intelligent and Information Engineering. Papers for publication are selected through rigorous peer review, to ensure originality, timeliness, relevance, and readability.

Program Committee

Bio inspiration, metaheuristic & Security.

Today, an astounding success is deserved thanks to the modeling of biological intelligence leading to what we call « bio-inspired meta-heuristic algorithms » which have demonstrated their strengths facing different complex problems by always seeking to find the optimal solution from a finite number of existing solutions and Information systems (IS) security has become an issue commanding ever more attention from the various professions attending to the needs of computer using organizations, be these accountants, auditors, lawyees, computer managers or business managers.

Widespread dependence upon computer systems has brought about this shift in interest for obvious practical reasons. The quest for principles which can be systematically applied to problems in this area opened the subject to the attentions of the academic researcher. Increasing numbers of higher education institutions including the subject in their agendas for education, training and research.

WELCOME TO SAIDA

Saïda, city, northwestern Algeria, on the southern slopes of the Tell Atlas Mountains and the northern fringe of the High Plateau (Hauts Plateaux). The city’s site has been of military importance since the construction there of a Roman fort. Saïda was a stronghold of Abdelkader, the Algerian national leader who burned the town as French forces approached it in 1844. Modern Saïda was founded as a French military outpost in 1854 and once housed a regiment of the French Foreign Legion. Its growth was stimulated by the arrival of the rail line between Oran and Béchar, and it was incorporated in 1862.The city lies along the right bank of the Wadi Saïda, protected by wooded mountains on the opposite shore that rise steeply from the valley floor to an elevation of some 4,000 feet (1,200 metres). The surrounding region is fertile and well-watered, and cereals (mainly wheat), olives, and grapes are grown to the north. Esparto grass and cereals are grown and goats and sheep are herded in the dry steppelike High Plateau and in the Saharan Atlas. These resources combine to make Saïda a trade centre for sheep, wool, and cereals. It is also noted for fine leatherwork and especially for its mineral waters (bottled and sold nationally).

Saida city is located at the 34.8303, 0.1517 coordinates and it is situated at elevation 840 meters above sea level. Distance from Saida to cities are listed below: Distance from Saïda to Algiers 452 km, to Oran 175 km, to Sidi Belabes 90 km, to Bechar 530 km.
