The Centre for Systems, Information and Communication Network, Televised Education and Distance Education ensures that

• Utilization, management and operation of network structures
• Utilization and development of automated media applications
• Follow-up and implementation of television and distance education projects
• Technical support for design and production of lessons through automated information
• Formation and framing of participants in distance education

Includes the following branches:

The functions of this Branch are generally focused on the installation and management of the design and development of automated information applications for Pedagogic Management.
The branch ensures the following services :

• Continuous development and updating of the electronical portal of the university
• Provision of the University’s e-mail service for professors and administrative interests
• Development and follow-up of management and software
• Periodic follow-up and maintenance of the various servers in the Centre

Its functions are:

•  Linking educational structures to each other via intranet to enable the university’s staff members to benefit from an integrated information system
• Operating managing and organizing network infrastructure, ensuring security of information systems and networks, and developing security strategies
• Ensure that the Intranet is developed in a way that is consistent with the current network
• Offering Technical assistance in the event of problems leading to the cessation of networking and the reset of network resources
• Providing a web-based infrastructure for various automated media applications, both for streaming and for Internet-based software
• Ensuring respect for the Charter for the Proper Use of the Algerian Research Network
