Saida Dr Moulay Tahar University informs individuals interested in the Japanese ABE Initiative 2027 scholarship that applications are open for the Master’s Degree and Internship Program of African Business Education Initiative for Youth, offered by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The program provides beneficiaries with the opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree at a Japanese university, with the possibility of undertaking an internship at a Japanese institution or company. It is intended for candidates interested in economic and industrial development and cooperation between Africa and Japan. Among the eligibility requirements are a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 16 years of formal education, an age of no more than 40 years as of April 1, 2027, and sufficient proficiency in English. The internal deadline for submitting applications at the faculty level is Sunday, August 30, 2026, while the deadline for forwarding the nominative list of candidates and their application files to the ministry is September 1, 2026.
