The faculty at a glance
The Faculty of Science and Technology at Saida University – Dr. Moulay Tahar is a higher education institution dedicated to academic training and scientific research in the fields of science, technology and engineering. It contributes to developing qualified scientific and engineering professionals. The faculty comprises seven departments: the Common Core Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Civil Engineering and Hydraulics, the Department of Process Engineering, the Department of Electronics, the Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation, the Department of Materials Science, and the Department of Architecture. The faculty offers diverse academic programmes at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, State Engineer and Doctoral levels. Its educational facilities include 40 classrooms, 05 lecture halls, 17 teaching laboratories, 05 computer rooms and an architecture workshop. The faculty is committed to improving the quality of education, strengthening scientific research and promoting innovation, thereby contributing to society and keeping pace with scientific and technological developments.
