The Rectorate of the University of Saida - Doctor Moulay Tahar is the highest executive body of the institution. The Rector oversees the overall running of the university and chairs the Rectorate's cabinet, which coordinates the work of the Secretariat General, the Vice-Rectorates, the faculties, the Board of Directors, the Scientific Council, the libraries, the Systems and Networks Centre, and the Audiovisual Centre.
