General missions
The Secretariat General operates under the responsibility of the Secretary General and takes part in the university's governance, personnel management, finance and shared administrative and technical services. It handles: staff career management, preparation and monitoring of the university budget, financial follow-up of laboratories and research units, promotion of cultural, scientific and sports activities, coordination of internal security plans (with the Ministerial Internal Security Office), and management of archives and documentation.
