The Board of Directors is the deliberative body of the University of Saida Dr Moulay Tahar. It deliberates on the major administrative and financial orientations of the institution, working in coordination with all university structures: the Rector's cabinet, the Secretariat General, the Vice-Rectorates, the faculties, the Scientific Council, the libraries, the Systems and Networks Centre and the Audiovisual Centre.
