The Board of Directors is the deliberative body of the University of Saida - Doctor Moulay Tahar. It deliberates on the major administrative and financial orientations of the institution, working in coordination with all university structures: the Rector's cabinet, the Secretariat General, the Vice-Rectorates, the faculties, the Scientific Council, the libraries, the Systems and Networks Centre and the Audiovisual Centre.
